Her realism was created using GHSP giving her veins, flesh tones, blushing and mottling. Several layers were needed to give her just the right look for her 3D skin appearance. Curing (baking) was done after each and every layer. Carly was given her first baby manicure/pedicure sealing her white tipped nails after for protection. Her nose has been shaded for depth appearance. Carly's hair and eyelashes are hand micro-rooted with beautiful golden brown human hair. It has also been securely sealed inside her head. She has a magnet in her head to hold her pacifier so take care around pacemakers. She is weighted in all limbs, head and torso with premium fiber polyfil and fine glass beads securely sealed.
